A horrible visitor! It is a mystery to me as to how they stay in business organization with the choices the consumer has in competition. I volition never employ them again; I'k telling my friends and their businesses to avert this service entirely. They lost my package and lied nearly information technology for two weeks and strung me forth with a multitude of different stories from one customer service agent to some other, never telling the aforementioned tale. Fedex should be ashamed of the quality of service they provide, but they are without ethics, never utilise them.

Please don't ship FedEx. It's a nightmare if they tin't call back your tracking number. The system of FedEx is totally failure. Not good in my experience. Used Purolator instead. Information technology is my very important document and just trying to ask them to retrieve my tracking number because for some reason I misplaced it just FedEx said to me they tin not backtrack on information technology which is very crucial point if it is really important thing. FedEx is a failure.

I strongly do non recommend FEDEX to family/friends. FEDEX failed to follow a very simple teaching and that is to evangelize the bundle to the back door because I live in the basement. And so frustrating!

Fed Ex should be ashamed at how they do business. They are just similar the American regime - they could care less about the people that they serve. After paying for aircraft charges and signing a document that said I owed $0, Fed Ex sent me a bill. The representative who set up the delivery, never mentioned I would incur an additional charge. The visitor that I ordered the flooring from stated that information technology is illegal for Fed Ex to accuse me. Fed Ex representative won't assist or provide proof that I agreed to the charge. Worst visitor EVER! I will NEVER exercise business with Fed Ex once again. Information technology is obvious that they don't care how they treat their customers. What a shame!

I hate to mutter basically about anything. Only FEDEX isn't all information technology's suppose to be. And so far over iii years they've lost my packages and likewise delivered them blocks abroad to where a person actually delivered to me in person. Anyhow this time is even worse. I ordered a section of HVAC duct work which was a 14 inch diameter and v foot in length galvanized pipage on the 14 the of March 2022. Hither it is a month later and still not delivered. How practise you lose a box that size? I'thou sad but in my own stance "FEDEX SUCKS" client support sucks as well every bit complaint dept. Their back up numbers are bogus. And honestly I feel FEDEX owes me coin plus the the HVAC pipe. Information technology put me in a bind for cutting my utility cost because was a big gene during common cold weather. Then no thanks to FEDEX my heat bill still remains virtually $ 500.00 a month. I will never say that FEDEX is a good company again or refer them to anyone I know. I want my "DAMN Pipe" ASAP.

On Jan 24th I shipped a package to my sis, who lives in Colombia but was in United mexican states for 4 months. Apparently, customs detained my package, they don't think is normal to ship article of clothing or months' worth of facial lotions to a relative but ok. Four months later, my sis has returned to Colombia and the parcel was never delivered to her or returned to me. I attempted to file a merits and was told I tin't because the package was held by customs. Worse service ever, they charged my FedEx account for the commitment even though the package was never delivered and I tin can't file a claim yet. Feels similar I've been professionally ripped off/stolen from past an international corporation.

We were traveling in Ireland and my cell phone was damaged and we needed a new phone. We had our son purchase the telephone and send it via FedEx priority ($230). The package (new prison cell phone) reached Ireland only to get stuck in customs. We were tracking the package and immediately reached out to FedEx to find out what additional information was needed. We were really only 20 minutes from the Shannon airdrome where the bundle was stuck. The FedEx customer desk-bound was of no assistance, we were told nosotros needed a Federal ID number. We explained that we are not a business perhaps they needed our passport information. Filed a claim and explained we were only there for another viii days. Called every day and was given the same information by dissimilar reps.

Nosotros asked for the community telephone number and were told there is no way to get a concord of customs. We institute that odd and tried to google information technology and found nothing and also spoke to our Hotel personnel they told united states the aforementioned (no mode to contact customs). The end upshot is FedEx never delivered the package. Still in community and no one has notwithstanding to contact the states for whatever information they demand. The U.S. Fedex client service line was of no help as well. We were told we needed to pay for return shipping and that we would not be reimbursed... We were as well told if we did aught and the packet was left at it current location that information technology would go into their "lost and found" and I the client would be billed for the return shipping... If I refuse to pay they would ship it to a credit agency...

Now that was just a ** moment and the rep from the Revenue office was just "oh well" you should have done your homework on international shipping and should accept known that sending a telephone to Ireland was going to exist an event with customs and that we didn't provide all the information we were suppose to? Become figure the experts in shipping didn't ask u.s.a. for the required information just took our coin. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from FedEx at all costs because if they lose your parcel the sender is and receiver are out of luck...

This past December I wanted to ship a small package of U.Southward Products to Germany equally a Christmas gift to my sis. After reviewing all the products inside the package with the local FedEx branch I paid the fee of 230$ and away it went. And so on Dec 24th, I received an automatic phone call telling me that I needed to e-mail an exact listing of what was in the package. Iii hours later I sent an e-mail with the exact title of each particular and quantity, honestly just copied and pasted from the amazon order I got them from.

Six days later the package was returned to me without notification with a pecker of 323$. I have chosen customer support numerous times and all agreed that I was in the correct, simply that merely the billing section could assist. Subsequently a 15 email long-concatenation spanning 2 weeks, most of which had large grammatical or spelling errors on the FedEx side, they turned my "bill" over to a collections company damaging my credit. I will never use FedEx over again for any of my shipping needs. I would rather pay a higher shipping fee and drive v miles out of my way after this.

I regularly make purchases on Walmart.com since they have great deals online. There take been 4 split instances that FedEx has marked my order as delivered only it is nowhere to exist constitute by my door. I live in an flat complex and FedEx delivered 1 of my packages at a different edifice but the same apartment number. I have received other orders delivered by FedEx then I'm not sure what going on. What I social club isn't expensive at all. I piece of work difficult and deserve the right to get what I pay for. It makes me angry that FedEx is existence careless and non paying attention to where they are leaving packages, someone is potentially stealing my packages or ane of my neighbors not having the common decency to return the package if information technology was delivered to them by accident.

I have submitted several claim but the useless customer service simply airtight them out stating that the driver delivered the package. I have contacted Walmart each fourth dimension as well but to wait 48 hrs for them to refund my coin. I'm non fifty-fifty able to get a replacement since the item that I purchase unremarkably sells out pretty quickly. This is very frustrating and I'g debating getting a Band camera. I don't really acquaintance with my neighbors at my building or know when they're and so it's non like I can ask them to lookout man for my packages. I was home during the time my terminal package was supposed to arrive but information technology updated to 2 days subsequently during when I would have been working. I e'er sign up for the delivery notifications and a majority of the time there isn't the option to option up the parcel from a FedEx location. I'thousand to the point where I don't want to order anything if FedEx will exist doing the delivery.

I ordered a cell phone yesterday iii/28 and was told it would go far probably Wed. This forenoon at 8:02 am FedEx limited telephoned me to say that my packet would arrive today earlier 8p and I would have to sign for it. And so I signed up for text bulletin and got none. Accept sat here all 24-hour interval waiting and at 7p called 8004633339 and was told information technology would not be delivered until tomorrow. Well and then why the call this morning for me to sit down hither all day & now when I tin't be here tomorrow they "said they will text me". Well I will exist at a funeral. And so Perhaps if I sit hither all day Thursday the rep said they will bring it back on Thursday. Very poor customer communication and service. FedEx you lot are making this very difficult and it doesn't accept to be. USE the USPS equally they are much more prompt.
